I forgot my password

On the login page, enter your email address and select Next.

2. Select Forgot Password?

3. Select Send me an email button and open your email inbox.

Do not close this window.

4. In your email inbox, find the email (subject: Account password reset) and copy the verification code.

5. Paste the verification code into the Enter Code text box and select Verify.

6. Enter and re-enter your new password and select Reset Password. Make sure the passwords match and follow the requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• A lowercase letter
• An UPPERCASE letter
• A number

7. If your password reset is successful, you will be brought back to your Medtronic Academy dashboard.
