If you are not logged in, follow the instructions on the Forgot my password page.
When logged in to your account:
1. In the top-right corner, select your profile name.

2. In the dropdown menu, select My Profile.

3. In the About me section, select Edit.

4. In the Password section on the right side:
- Enter your current password
- Then enter and re-enter your new password
- Select Change Password

5. A popup message will ask you to select an authentication method.
- If you have already set up a phone or e-mail authentication you will be asked to confirm that before proceeding.
- If you haven’t already set up a phone or e-mail authentication, you will need to choose one and select Submit.

6. You will be asked to enter the verification code sent to your phone or email (sender's address: noreply@medtronic.com). Enter it and select Verify.

7. If you were successful, you will see a message Password updated successfully.

8. If you entered an incorrect old password, you will see a message Old Password is not correct.

9. If your new passwords don’t match, you will see a message Passwords must match.
