How do I create my account?

1. At the top-right corner of any page:

1) Select Sign in

2) Select Create Account

2. Enter the required information*.

Select Create Account.

*You can select Send sign-in verification codes to my mobile option to have a more secure access to your account. If you do, make sure you have your phone close to you.

3. Select the Create Account button at the top-right corner of any page. Then, check your inbox.

• If you cannot find the email, check your spam and other folders. You may search by subject (Welcome to Medtronic!) or by sender (from: [e-mail]).
   
• If you still cannot find the email, select Send it again and you will receive a new email. The activation link in the old email will not work anymore; please use the new one.
   
• If you used the wrong email address, select Start new registration and repeat the steps to create a new account.

4. In your email inbox, open the message (subject: Welcome to Medronic!) and select Activate Your Medtronic Account button or the URL link under it.

5. Select the Set up button.

6. Enter and re-enter your new password. Make sure the passwords match and follow the requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• A lowercase letter
• An UPPERCASE letter
• A number

7.  If you wish you can set up phone authentication.  If not, click on the "Set up later button".

8. You will be directed to your Medtronic Academy profile. Complete the fields here with all the necessary information. Then, click on "Continue" to finish setting up your account.
